- We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and specifications for our genuine leather cosmetic bags (including LayFlat Vanity Bags, Train Cases, and makeup organizers). However, slight variations in color, texture, or dimensions may occur due to the natural characteristics of leather and manufacturing processes—such variations do not constitute defects.
- Product availability is subject to stock on hand. We reserve the right to cancel orders for out-of-stock items, with a full refund issued to your original payment method.
- All product prices are displayed in USD (United States Dollars) and do not include taxes, duties, or shipping fees unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice, but confirmed orders will be honored at the price stated at checkout.
4. Orders & Payment
- By placing an order, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order (e.g., for suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or product unavailability). You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is accepted and processed.
- Payment must be completed via our secure Shopify-supported payment methods (e.g., credit card, PayPal). You warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. - Our Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in original condition, and returned within 30 days of delivery, with all original packaging and tags.
- Defective or damaged products must be reported within 7 days of delivery, with supporting photos/videos. We will provide a free replacement or full refund at your discretion, covering all return shipping costs.
