1. Accepted Payment Methods


Mivael accepts the following secure payment methods for online purchases, designed to offer flexibility and convenience for our global customers:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover (processed through Shopify Payments or authorized third-party gateways)
  • Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify's Shop Pay (enabling one-tap checkout with saved payment details)
  • Trusted Third-Party Processors: PayPal and Amazon Pay (allowing payments via existing account balances or linked funding sources)
  • B2B Payment Terms: Eligible business customers may qualify for net payment terms (Net 7, Net 15, Net 30, Net 45, Net 60, or Net 90) or deposit requirements (a minimum 20% upfront payment) upon approval.

2. Payment Processing


All payments are processed in the currency displayed at checkout (supports over 130 international currencies). Currency conversion fees (2% for non-base currency transactions) may apply and will be disclosed during checkout.

  • For standard orders: Payment is captured immediately upon order confirmation. Orders will not be processed or shipped until full payment is verified.
  • For pre-orders: Payment terms vary by product. Customers will be notified at checkout if a deposit is required or if full payment will be collected prior to fulfillment. Pre-order payments must be completed within the specified timeframe to secure inventory.

B2B customers with approved payment terms must settle outstanding balances by the due date stated on their invoice. Late payments may result in order holds or suspension of credit privileges.

3. Security & Compliance


Mivael prioritizes payment security and adheres to PCI DSS requirements. All payment information is encrypted and securely transmitted through Shopify's certified payment gateways.

We never store sensitive payment details (credit card numbers, CVV) on our servers. Digital wallet and third-party processor transactions are protected by their respective security protocols.

For Shopify Payments users: Two-factor authentication is required for account access to ensure transaction security.

4. Refunds & Cancellations


Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval (in compliance with FTC guidelines). Refund timelines may vary depending on your financial institution’s processing policies.

For B2B orders with deposit payments: Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation is requested after order production has begun. Approved refunds will be issued net of any processing fees.

If a payment fails due to insufficient funds, expired cards, or authorization issues, customers will be notified via email to update their payment details within 48 hours. Unpaid orders will be automatically canceled after 72 hours.

5. Additional Terms


Mivael reserves the right to review orders for potential fraud. We may contact customers to confirm payment details or cancel suspicious transactions to protect both parties.
