1. Eligibility for Returns
To initiate a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Request submitted within 30 days of the delivery date (based on shipping carrier confirmation)
- Product is in unused, original condition: no signs of wear, scratches, or damage to the genuine leather, zippers, seams, or hardware
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included (if applicable)
- Item is not a custom or personalized product (all Mivael standard products are eligible for return)
2. How to Initiate a Return

Include your order number, delivery address, product name (e.g., LayFlat Vanity Bag - Black), and a brief reason for the return
Our team will respond within 2 business days with a pre-approved return shipping label and detailed return instructions
Package the eligible products securely with all original materials and ship them back using the provided label (return shipping costs are covered by Mivael for all eligible returns)
3. Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team (allow 3–5 business days for inspection), we will confirm approval of your refund via email
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
Processing times for refunds vary by payment provider: typically 5–10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account (no restocking fees will be deducted)
4. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
No returns will be accepted for products received after the 30-day window, or items that are used, damaged, or missing original packaging/tags
We do not offer returns for international orders at this time (refunds are offered only for manufacturing defects)
Gift cards (if applicable) are non-returnable and non-refundable
5. Defective or Damaged Products
Mivael crafts each leather bag with meticulous attention to detail—including smooth zippers, sturdy seams, and durable construction. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect (e.g., faulty zipper, broken seam, leather material defect) or damage caused during shipping:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the defect or damage
Our team will review your request and offer a free replacement (same product/color) or a full refund at your preference
For defective items, we will cover all shipping costs for return or replacement, and no restocking fees apply
6. Cancellations
